Neurodiversity and Inclusion at Work

I've been absorbing everything Lyric Rivera - Neurodivergent Rebel for years. I appreciate Lyric's vulnerability, humor, and complete honesty about what it is like to be them. I cannot begin to explain how excited I am to have the opportunity to learn more and share that information with you.

Lyric and I chatted about their new book, Workplace Neurodiversity Rising, and discussed how employers can do better for neurodivergent and disabled staff. Society often misses out on top talent by not accommodating employee needs. Lyric's book offers concrete, simple ways to make some positive changes. In our talk, we discussed some possibilities.
